1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 3888w ("Platform", "Operator", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the 3888w website, mobile interface, applications and all associated products and services (collectively, the "Platform").

3888w is an online betting and live casino platform operated in the English language and designed for an international audience, including Pakistani users. Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 4 Account Registration

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. The Operator reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information provided at any time.

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Where the Operator identifies that a player holds or has held multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — the Operator may close all associated accounts and void any associated balances or winnings.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 5 Terms of Use

Subject to these Terms, 3888w grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You agree that you will:

• Not attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer or interfere with any Platform functionality, security feature or anti-fraud measure;

• Not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage or coordinated activity intended to exploit the Platform;
• Not use the Platform to launder funds or conduct any transaction in contravention of applicable anti-money laundering laws;
• Accept that all wagers placed through your Account are your sole responsibility.

The Platform is provided for entertainment purposes. 3888w does not guarantee any specific outcome, return or win rate. All games incorporate a house edge and random-number generation where applicable. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes.

6 Deposits & Payments

All deposits are processed in PKR and must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. The Platform does not accept deposits on behalf of third parties. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

7 Withdrawals

8 Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of any conflict between specific offer terms and these Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail in respect of that offer.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus funds and any associated winnings will expire if the requirement is not met in time.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

• Bets accepted by the Platform are binding and cannot be cancelled or reversed once confirmed, except where the Operator exercises its right to void bets in accordance with these Terms.

• Colluding with other players or using third-party assistance to gain an unfair advantage;

• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity or in breach of applicable financial regulations;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff, support agents or other players.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A player has breached these Terms or engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 11;
• KYC verification cannot be completed satisfactorily;
• The Operator has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering or collusion;
• A regulatory obligation requires account action;
• A self-exclusion request has been received and processed.

Where an Account is closed for cause (i.e., breach of Terms), any balance that is the product of prohibited activity may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to player fault — for example, voluntary closure — any verified real-money balance will be returned subject to completion of applicable KYC and withdrawal processing procedures.

13 Intellectual Property

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3888w and its directors, employees, contractors and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of the Platform;
• Loss of funds resulting from your own failure to safeguard Account credentials;
• Interruption, delay or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance or events outside the Operator's reasonable control (force majeure);
• Any reliance on information published on the Platform as legal, financial or investment advice;
• Tax consequences arising from gambling winnings in your jurisdiction.

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. 3888w does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from malicious code. The Operator takes reasonable technical precautions but cannot guarantee absolute security of data in transit.

15 Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3888w is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures applicable under the Operator's license jurisdiction.

Players in Pakistan acknowledge that the laws of Pakistan — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may restrict or prohibit participation in online gambling. The Operator does not represent that use of this Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. Players are individually responsible for compliance with applicable local law. 16 Amendments

3888w reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via Platform notification, email or by posting a revised version of these Terms with an updated review date.

Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.
